Alex Rodriguez’s divorce trial got to an end, but the scandal that led Cynthia Rodriguez to divorce her husband goes on. Sources said that the real reason for which C-Rod decided to divorce A-Rod was that he was cheating on her.

Paparazzi tried to find out more and discovered many connections between Madonna and A-Rod. He went to visit her during her world tour rehearsals and they spent a night at a hotel talking about baseball, probably.

Now, Madonna’s friendship with the Yankee baseball player has brought some real proves about the tight relationship between them. A-Rod donated $500,000 to help Madonna’s charity foundation.

A source said the New York Daily News that "They've asked him for a million dollars, and I hear he's agreed to give at least $500,000.”

Raising Malawi, Madonna’s charity, helps one million orphans in Africa to have access to food, education and medical care. Philip van den Bossche, the foundation’s director said that:  "Obviously when you're talking about donors, these are private things. I would never reveal information about any donor."

Madonna’s son David Banda was adopted among the children she had known through the work she had done with Raising Malawi.

The singer denied any connection of her and A-Rod, saying that she is very happy together with Guy Ritchie. Earle Lily, Cynthia’s attorney, said that A-Rod had a heart affair with the 49-year-old pop-star.

It seems that Alex Rodriguez has made other donations until now, since is the best paid player in sport with a 10-year $275 million. He had donated $3.9 million to the University of Miami.
