Amy Winehouse: “Yes, Yes, Yes” To Rehab

We’re extremely eager to hear Amy Winehouse’s rendition of her hit “Rehab,” singing “Yes, Yes, Yes.”

But until then, we should applaud her finally entering a rehabilitation facility. It seems that her record label, Universal Music Group has the big merit in persuading her. Anyway, no matter whose merit it is, it is the best thing for her for the moment.

“Amy decided to enter the facility today after talks with her record label, management, family and doctors. She has come to understand that she requires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery from drug addiction,” Universal said in a statement.

Most certainly this stems from the fact that the internet has been invaded with a video featuring Winehouse joggling with numerous drugs, from Valium to crack cocaine. The singer was looking drowsy and obviously not fine.

There have been rumors that the drug-fueled party was engendered by the fact that there is little chance that the US authorities grant her a visa, hindering from attending the Grammy Awards ceremony this year. However, her drug problems date back a long time before this new issue.

And since she refers to her father in her hit “Rehab,” Mitch had to accompany her when she decided that the big moment has come. Along with her father and a bodyguard, Winehouse showed to Capio Nightingale Hospital, the celebrity mental health clinic in London.

They’d better do some miracle work there, or Amy Winehouse will get mad!
