James Spears will remain in control over his daughter’s life and money until the end of the year, as it was decided on Thursday at Los Angeles Superior Court by Commissioner Reva Goetz. But Britney Spears may take her life in her own hands beginning 2009. Let’s hope she’ll make it better than before!

Still, as court papers say, Goetz said that Britney Spears’ file will be updated at the end of October, so she has another chance to prove that she changed, so she wouldn’t have to wait the end of the year to be able to decide upon her own life.

James Spears has controlled his daughter’s life since February, being responsible for all Britney Spears’ life aspects and financial affairs. He asked for this responsibility after his daughter failed in acting normally and needed to be hospitalized two times this year.

Last week, Britney Spears had a big fight with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, over their children custody. It seems that she is now allowed additional visits to her sons. Reva Goetz will try to resolve how to pay the attorneys who have worked for Spears in the recent months at a hearing scheduled for August. Still, Britney Spears’ case will be on hold until she recovers and is healthy enough to participate at the decisions concerning her.
