Casey Anthony, Mother of Missing Toddler Will Remain Behind Bars
Casey Anthony was supposed to be released from jail on Tuesday but recent announcements have stated that she will still be in prison as the prosecutors couldn’t collect enough information about Caylee’s disappearance. The little girl has been missing for about 2 months and she is only 3 years old.

Tony Padilla, a bailbondsman, came all the way from California to Orlando to pay Casey’s $500,000 bond. He stated that her release wasn’t sure to be on Tuesday yet even though he filled all the documents by 9 a.m.

As the papers seemed to have been incorrectly filled, the 22-year-old woman will just have to spend another night behind bars in Orange County, Fla. Prosecutors say that Casey is a “person of interest” in Caylee’s missing so they have to keep her until they find new information to track down the 3-year-old.

Casey was arrested in Orange County a month after Caylee’s disappearance and she was charged with child neglect and lying to the authorities about her daughter missing since June 16. She lied about the place where Caylee was supposed to be and also about the woman whom she said she had the girl.

"There's a reward out there; I'm not interested in the reward. My only interest ... is to get that child back," Padilla said when he arrived on Sunday.  Still, his interest might be the one to give a reality program on National Geographic Channel.

Poorly written
By rm_blogger, (2008-08-19 23:50)
While hmmm may have made some mistakes this is a poorly written story with run-on sentences as well as some that just don't make sense. Nobody is perfect but dude seriously, if you are getting paid to write this garbage you need to seriously reconsider. I've been writing about this story at shadowscope.com and while I don't consider my site to be in the same league as most of the news outlets apparently I am as far as this one is concerned.
Conflict
By Colin, (2008-08-19 23:08)
I am reading two reasons for her delayed release, is it the fact that forms were filled incorrectly? or is it this statement?

"recent announcements have stated that she will still be in prison as the prosecutors couldn’t collect enough information about Caylee’s disappearance."

Also, this doesn't make sense to me:
"Still, his interest might be the one to gave a reality program on National Geographic Channel."

How do you guys get news that we haven't even heard yet in America?
Re: Fast News

Shaunna,

They received fast news because the American press is inaccurate and shapes the news before the American people find out.

Think closely about voting and about the source of your information. Find several sources that are in agreement on an issue before believing what you read.

Get Casey Out of Jail for One Week
By lena, (2008-08-19 22:18)
I feel letting the Padilla's get Casey out of jail could really be a good thing. After all you cannot keep approachng a situation the same way over and over again expecting different results. It's time to try something new. I am in agreement over that...however, I have my doubts Caylee is still alive. What is taking so long on the evidence that was found in the trunk of the car?

The grammer in this article is horrible.
By ibyoungr, (2008-08-19 22:00)
"As the papers seemed to have been incorrectly filled, the 22-year-old woman will just have to spend another night behind bars in Orange County, Fla"

How about... "Papers filed have been incorrectly filed causing the 22 year old another night behind bars."

"Casey was arrested in Orange County a month after Caylee’s disappearance and she was charged with child neglect and lying to the authorities about her daughter missing since June 16." (RUN ON SENTENCE)

How about... Casey was arrested one month after her child, Caylee's disappearance as of June 16th. Casey Anthony has been charged with child neglect and lying to authorities.

It helps to read your article out loud before posting.
Practice what you preach
By You're brilliant, (2008-08-19 23:14)
Uh, maybe before you go correcting others, you should learn that "grammer" is not the correct spelling. It's spelled grammar. The way you spelled it is how you spell the last name of the star of Frasier, the old television program. Also, your second sentence correction is garbage. Nice try. Maybe you can teach at a community college.

007 makes a smart suggestion. I don't think the father is dead either.

it has been proven that the father is dead...
he is dead
By As, (2008-08-19 23:26)
it has? Accroding to everything out there, there is no proof that he is dead. There's no father's name on Caylee's birth certificate. All that we know if his is from a proven liar.

Caylee's father
By 007, (2008-08-19 21:33)
I don't think Caylee's father is dead. I think that was a lie too. I think there is a 'family lie' about this. Maybe he resurfaced around Father's Day, and who know what happened after that?
Incorrect Statement
By Bebe, (2008-08-19 21:24)
Caylee Anthony has not been missing for three months. She has been missing for over two months.
if they upped the reward a bit
By jack, (2008-08-21 05:37)
to a more tempting amount....then the hillbilly Casey could well *remember* where her baby is AND claim the reward so that they can live hillbilly ever after....
