Former Creed Frontman Throws Bottle at Trophy Wife
One of the founding members of the rock band Creed, singer and songwriter Scott Flippen Stapp, is accused by his wife, Miss New York USA 2004, Jaclyn Nesheiwat Stapp, that he flung a glass bottle of Orangina at her face during an alleged incident Sunday morning. She was not injured, nor was anyone else.

TMZ has obtained the police report which shows that indeed she called 911 and alleged the rocker threw the Orangina bottle at her, which was found shattered by the officers responding to the call. According to the police report, "Scott was very cooperative" and surrendered his firearms (which were safely locked). One of the responding officers said to TMZ that Stapp did admit to throwing the bottle, but the former Creed frontman also defended himself, saying, "Jaclyn was no where in the area."

Either way, he was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault with intent to commit a felony, but a judge lowered the original booking charge to a misdemeanor.

The couple have a baby daughter and they married on February 10, 2006. It was his second marriage and her first. They welcomed their baby girl named Milan Hayat Stapp, on January 4, 2007. Stapp was previously married to Hillaree Burns for 16 months before divorcing in 1999. He has a son from that first marriage, Jagger Stapp.

Stapp also made headlines because California pornography company Red Light District claims to have acquired a 1999 sex tape in which Stapp and singer Kid Rock engage in oral sex acts with groupies. The tape's planned release was blocked in 2006 by one of the women and Kid Rock, who filed an injunction, called Stapp an "idiot" and blamed him for the tape's leak.
