Former NHL Star Peter Forsberg to Come Back at Philadelphia
According to a report in Philadelphia, Peter Forsberg, the former NHL star, would be interested in getting back in the game, as he is looking for a team to join until the end of this season.

Forsberg, who last played in NHL for Nashville in the 2006-07 season, suffered ankle injuries and a nagging foot that have lowered his ability to play as good as in his graet past.

According to the report, the high-scoring center might be going back to his hometown, Ornskoldsvik in Sweden, where he can play for Modo.

The Delaware County Times in Chester, Pa., previously reported this week that Philadelphia, where Forsberg had also played in the past, is very interested in him, along with other teams, such as Colorado, Calgary, Nashville, Anaheim, Vancouver, Ottawa, Detroit or the New York Rangers.

"This thing is still in the early stages," Flyers President Peter Luukko told the newspaper. "I know (Flyers General Manager Paul Holmgren) has spoken with Peter's agent a few times, but there's still some time to go before Peter decides he's ready to come back."

The report also said that the Former star aims to sign a two- year deal that is worth around 2.5 million dollars per year.
