Lindsay Lohan is off the hook after a warrant issued in her name on Friday was revoked Monday morning. In a brief court meeting on Monday, the actress' lawyer submitted proof that Lindsay has been complying with the terms of her three-year probation stemming from her 2007 DUI arrest. "The warrant is quashed and set aside," Beverly Hills Judge Marsha Revel said. "I've seen additional proof ... that Lohan has been compliant with [her] program. There is no indication of dirty [drug] tests." The judge also ordered that Lohan show new proof of enrollment by April 3. Outside of the courthouse, Lohan's lawyer said the entire incident was "much ado about nothing," and the misunderstanding was cleared up. He added that the warrant was difficult for Lohan to deal with "while she knew she has been doing everything right." Lohan, who was arrested twice in 2007 on driving under the influence charges, with a cocaine possession charge in the second incident, was in an alcohol education program for more than a year and was in full compliance with her probation. However, according to reports, the actress failed to show up for three alcohol education classes within a 21-day period, TMZ.com reported. The actress was excused from two classes, but regarding the third, which Lohan said she skipped because of the paparazzi, the program director alerted the court and the judge issued a $50,000 arrest warrant. The actress stayed away from today's hearing, choosing to hide out at girlfriend Samantha Ronson's house.
