Lost Your Libido? Take Viagra, Lady!
Since the day it made headlines and hit the markets, America has been besotted with the little blue, diamond-shaped pill named Viagra. Millions of men found hope to improve their bedroom performance and therefore to leave their sweethearts (wives or mistresses – or both) in high spirits.

Once a new vigor has been added to men’s sex lives, scientists have been racking their brains to come up with the female equivalent of Viagra. After almost a decade of searching, Pfizer Inc. found a new use for its male impotence drug, sildenafil citrate. It seems that the oral drug is used not only to treat erectile dysfunction in men, but also to enhance women’s ability to reach orgasm and increase orgasm satisfaction.

At least 6 million women in the U.S. undergo major depression. The most widespread remedy for the mood disorder is represented by antidepressants. But, while they can confer benefit, to a certain extent they can frequently have side effects, slowing the sexual appetite.

In an 8-week-lasting study, published in today’s Journal of the American Medical Association, 98 women who had no history of sexual dysfunction before taking antidepressants have been followed. The study’s findings disclosed that premenopausal women on antidepressants tackled fewer problems when experiencing sexual climax after taking Viagra than those taking placebo pills.

The magic pill was discovered by scientists, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to discover its efficacy. So, women all around the world are invited to check out for themselves! The pills almost passed the test with flying colors! It remains to be seen whether the breakthrough will be a blockbuster phenomenon. Only last year the blue pills sales totaled an astonishing $1.76 billion!
