Madonna and Guy Ritchie have reportedly decided to break up after a marriage of seven years. The opinions about the reasons they had are divided between lots of sources. Some say that Guy has had enough of her flirting with some young artists, like Timberlake or Stuart Price and he just couldn’t bear to be “second place.”

The two met in 1999, during a dinner hosted by their friends, Sting and Trudie Styler. Their marriage didn’t report lots of scandals during these seven years, but now it seems that the fights can’t be hidden anymore. During a travel made together, Guy and Madonna had separate rooms and different schedules.

They have three children: daughter Lourdes, from a previous relationship of Madonna’s, Rocco, born in August 2000, and David Banda, whom the two adopted in October 2006.

Still, according to the New York Daily News, they have tried to keep the press away, by saying that, 'We're not really a couple, but we're friends and we love each other and raise our kids.’

The 49-year-old pop star and the 39-year-old British director apparently don’t have a prenuptial agreement, although they both appealed to important lawyers to manage the divorce. Madonna hired Fiona Shackleton, known to be the one who helped Paul McCartney divorce from Heather Mills, saving, according to the Daily News, his $1.6 billion fortune, except $48 million, and Ritchie hired Forsters to handle his divorce.

The people who handle the divorce aren’t allowed to give special information, but it’s known that their relationship is ending. Some say it will be ugly, but knowing all this, it seems that the scandal came out on the streets already!
