Enough with the fancy clothed-people and parties in lush
clubs for Lindsay Lohan! Now she is set
for something else, which is totally different.
Well, we cannot say
that it was her who has taken the decision for herself, but we can certainly
hope the experience would help her. Lindsay Lohan, 21, is going to spend two
days in a morgue and in an emergency room in order to learn the real-life
consequences of driving under the influence.
“The Mean Girls” star pleaded guilty to charges of driving
under the influence of alcohol and drugs stemming from a July car chase and a
May car crash in Beverly Hills.
But she is on her way back to sobriety, as Blair Berk, her lawyer, suggested to
reporters.
He said that Li-Lo had already completed 80 hours of
community service at the Red Cross and spent 84 minutes in jail. Furthermore,
she had also been on a two-month rehabilitation program at a center in Utah and she had been on
Alcoholics Anonymous meetings for more than a year.
The morgue classes will have the same goal as spending time
at the emergency room: to teach her about the consequences of drunken driving
and reckless driving. These classes will be completed by the protagonist of
“Freaky Friday” in June, Berk said.
In November, Lohan spent only 84 minutes of her 24-hour
sentence, as she was released early due to the overcrowded Los Angeles jails.
