The 22nd James Bond film, „Quantum of Solace,” will hit this November! Columbia Pictures will release the movie worldwide. Still, they needed something strong to arrest the attention and what more could they use than Alicia Keys and Jack White for the soundtrack?
White Stripes’ Jack White together with the beatiful voice of Alicia Keys will record the song "Another Way To Die,” which seems to be the first duet in the Bond series soundtrack history.
Jack White produced and wrote the song, playing the drums too. The theme song will be released on October 28 by J Records label, Keys’ records studio and trademark. The theme song for „Casino Royal,” the last Bond movie was recored by Chris Cornell, Audioslave vocalist.
„Quantum of Solace” will hit the American theatres on November 7. The movie is directed by Marc Foster and produced by Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli. Daniel Craig will assume Ian Fleming’s James Bond’s role. The movie will be the longest film franchise in motion picture.
Other important characters to build the new James Bond movie are Neal Purvis , Robert Wade and Paul Haggis as the men behind the screenplay. David Arnold will compose the film’s score.
The White Stripes got together back in 1997 and won 5 Grammy Awards until now. Besides these the two members of the group also won platinum selling records and have released 6 albums.
Alicia Keys had her debut in June 2001 with the album „Songs In a Mirror,” released by Clive Davis’ J Records. Her 2003 album „The Diary of Alicia Keys” still wins seven times platinum.
