Nintendo announced that three new games have been added this week to the popular Virtual Console channel for Wii. The three new games went live on Monday at 9AM Pacific time, as Nintendo inaugurated a tradition of releasing arcade titles for Virtual Console every Monday. Wii owners must use their Wii points to download the games (and their broadband Internet connection too). Wii Points can be purchased in the Wii Shop Channel or at retail outlets. The new arcade titles are Mighty Bomb Jack (originally created for Nintendo Entertainment System or NES in 1987 by Tecmo), which will cost 500 Wii Points, Final Fight (produced in 1989, which will cost 300 points more) and Ordyne (a horizontal scrolling shooter arcade game released by Namco in 1988 only in Japan; the download will require 600 Wii Points).
