“Celebrity Rehab” dramatizes the real life experiences of a group of actual celebrities that decide to change their life and introduce themselves into a drug, alcohol, and addiction treatment program. The most important motivation is the sincere desire and dream to truly achieve rehabilitation and recovery.

The movie tells the story of addiction, healing and redemption. The man who stands behind them and guides the team to a better life is a renowned addiction and recovery expert Dr. Drew Pinsky, Medical Director of the Department of Chemical Dependency Services at Southern California’s Las Encinas Hospital and a staff member of Huntington Memorial Hospital.

Rodney King, “Grease” star Jeff Conaway, former Guns ‘N Roses drummer Steven Adler, Rod Stewart’s son Sean, model Amber Smith, first-season American Idol finalist Steven Adler and actress Tawny Kitaen will appear in the next installment of VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew,” the network announced Tuesday. The second season is set to premiere in October.

Gary Busey, who claims to have been clean of his cocaine addiction for the past 13 years, will work to the stars to help them on their road to recovery.
