The Mammoth Film Festival’s Profile Rises Amidst COVID-19 Shutdown

Due to the Coronavirus shutdown of major global events from SXSW to Coachella, the only clear winner the in the experiential category during 2020 was the Mammoth Film Festival.

Led by co-founders Tomik Mansoori and Tanner Beard, the ski-resort festival hosted more than a dozen world premier films from February 27th- March 2nd of this year.

Beyond just the quality of releases, the star power present at the Festival was particularly noteworthy.

Mansoori- the film festival’s celebrity ringmaster – brought together an eclectic array of talent- from Tony Hawk Rebel Wilson to Dennis Rodman- to showcase their new projects and host dynamic experiential events (such as a Tony Hawk Skate Park) with fans.

Hitting right before the coronavirus triggered a global freeze, the Mammoth FF was one of the few experiential highlights during 2020 and a major new player in the space once things return to normal.
