‘STRENGTH OF SEDUCTION’ DVD Bridges Gap Between Fitness & Intimacy

A daily fitness routine is necessary for a healthy body. A daily form of seduction is crucial for a healthy relationship. It is difficult to maintain consistency in both. Not enough time, energy and motivation makes people come up short. A gym “MMFitness” in Tampa, Florida has created a sexy way to combine therapeutic workouts for couples. The DVD is called “Strength of Seduction: The World’s Sexiest Couples Workout DVD”.

The owner of the MMFitness gym and designer of the specific program, Micah Morgan says that as fitness trainer, he has found a connection between fitness & intimacy and thus wanted to come up with an original system to bridge the gap which transformed into 3 DVD set program Strength Of Seduction DVD.  This system uses elements from resistance training, calisthenics, yoga, aerobics, Kama Sutra, meditation and massage therapy to create a effective fitness and emotional/physical seductive routine. Couples are using the program to work out or to simply put some spice back into their relationships.

Research has shown couples working out together feel comfortable & are more energetic and happier compared to those who work out alone. The Department of Kinesiology at Indiana University research says couples who worked out separately had a 43 percent dropout rate over the course of a year. It mentions most successful fitness partnerships fall in three categories: the pal-based buddy system, the small group and the coupled pair.

People are more successful at reaching goals when their close partners become an integral part of the team. Couples who work out together, stay together!

You can download the Strength of Seduction DVD and start your fitness journey while igniting that flame back into your relationship.
